1. How do I book a test drive?

You have to fill the form (click here), or you can book it directly at Piazzale Michelangelo with our staff.

2. Where can I find you?

You can find us at Piazzale Michelangelo, in Florence. You can recognize our logo on the uniform of our staff.

3. How do I reach Piazzale Michelangelo?

You can reach us by car or taxi in about 15 minutes from the historic centre, by bus (number 12 or 13), or you can walk (about 30 minutes)

4. In case of rain will I be able to do the test drive?

For security purpose, we DO NOT do test drives if it rains, if there’s ice on the road, or in case of fog.

REIMBURSEMENT GUARANTEE
Should we not be able to provide our services on the date you request, for example due to bad weather conditions, you may choose to either change the date or receive a full refund.

5. Can I change my date?

You can agree the time of your test drive by mail of phone after payment.

FLEXIBLE DATES GUARANTEE
The dates on which you book on this site are flexible. If you need to change the date of your activities, just give us a call or send us a mail non less than 24 hours in advance of your booked date and we will change the date for you without any sort of problem.

6. Do you guarantee the supercar model that I’ve booked for my test drive?

No we don’t guarantee due to force majeure, we will provide you with another supercar available on our fleet. Wether it’s not available any other supercar, we will refund your payment.

7. If I have problems on driving (ex. License withdrawal, physical problem condition etc.) can I cancel the test drive?

No, but you can change the date (see FAQ N.5). If you want no maintain the fixed date one of our professional drivers will drive the car for you, with you in the passenger seat and you will enjoy your ride.

8. What is the speed limit?

The test drive is regulated by the Italian laws.

9. Which languages can the drivers speak?

Our pilots have a good knowledge of english, french and spanish.

10. With which Ferrari are we doing the test drive?

You can drive a Ferrari Portofino (convertible) and, if requested, the new Ferrari F8 Spider.

11. What do I need to drive a Ferrari in Italy?

You need a valid driving license released for at least one year.
EXTRA UE citizens will need the INTERNATIONAL LICENSE.
IMPORTANT – You won’t be able to do your test drive if you don’t have the needed documents and you won’t be refunded.

12. Can I record the test drive with my GoPro?

You can’t, but you can buy the video of your experience for 20 euros.

13. Can I have passengers?

You can have up to two passengers at the cost of 20 euros each one.
You can only bring children older than two years old.

14. If I have a passenger, can they sit next to me?

For safety reasons, it’s not possible. Our driver MUST be at your side at all times.
